The Jerseyville branch of Laclede Community Credit Union will be closing permanently effective May 4, 2013. This is as a result of a strategic business decision and systematic planning process by the credit union’s board of directors and management team in an effort to more effectively serve our membership. In lieu of the branch closing, the credit union has many service options available to members online as well as in person, including an ATM a few blocks away from the Jerseyville branch, the credit union’s Web site, audio response, bill pay, and other branch locations a short drive away. The last day of operations at the Jerseyville facility will be Saturday May 4, 2013.
Members may conduct business 24 hours a day online via Net Branch at
www.lacledecu.com, on the telephone through the audio response system at 618-465-5282 or at any of the ATMs in the CO-OP network free of charge. To find the local ATMs in the Co-Op network visit
www.co-opnetwork.org. There are some located in Jerseyville and Jersey County. Members are also encouraged to use one of the four branch offices located in Madison County. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support of the credit union. We look forward to providing a high level and efficient service to our entire membership.
Effective May 4th, 2013 the State Street facility will provide drive up service only. The lobby will be closed and member service will be provided only thru the drive up lanes. For lobby service members may visit on of our full service branches located at:
